Cedar-Riverside is home to three major institutions: The West Bank of University of Minnesota, Augsburg College, and the University Medical Center Fairview. Today, Trinity serves Cedar-Riverside through these activities:
Safe Place: Homework Help. A Trinity tutoring program for Cedar-Riverside kids, to receive help with homework after school during the regular school year. Adult volunteers are especially needed in January and early June. Held at 2001 Riverside Avenue (upstairs).
Wednesday Night Suppers. A weekly meal and some supervised recreation. All are welcome members, visitors, and students! Sponsored by Trinity with volunteers from numerous church and community organizations. From 6:00 7:15 p.m. 2001 Riverside Avenue, Minneapolis.
Creation. Trinitys six-week summer program for neighborhood kids emphasizing the arts. 2001 Riverside Avenue (upstairs).
Inter-faith, inter-cultural neighborhood gatherings: During times of community distress or celebration.

Providing contributions and joining other community volunteers at the Brian Coyle Community Center food shelf and winter coat drive
Membership in MICAH a non-profit that organizes metro-area congregations to create policy solutions to the affordable housing crisis.
Trinity offers its meeting room (upstairs at 2001 Riverside) to Cedar-Riverside community groups for a nominal fee. Email mail@trinity-lc.org for more information.
