Senior Pastor Jane Buckley-Farlee
Pastor Jane has been at Trinity since 1996. She is energized by Trinity’s emphasis on ministry and outreach and enjoys the diversity and richness of the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood.

Associate Pastor Alem Asmelash
Pastor Alem was called to Trinity in April 2004 to strengthen our outreach to immigrant and refugee families. Speaking six languages, including Amharic, Tigrigna, and Swedish, empowers Pastor Alem’s passion for outreach and evangelism.

Youth Pastor – Brendan Johnston
Brendan, a second-year Luther Seminary student, started his work at Trinity in September 2005. Brendan leads the Education Hour for high school students, helps with confirmation, supervises recreation activities for Wednesday Night Suppers, and leads a variety of youth activities throughout the year. Early Childhood Education – Diane Steen-Hinderlie
Diane provides a ministry to Trinity members ages three and younger. She provides a nursery during Trinity’s 11:00 Sunday service, works with children who attend Wednesday Night Suppers, and leads Education Hour activities.

Organist / Pianist — Donna Edwards
Donna has been Trinity’s organist for 47 years. Her ability to play in a variety of different styles has enriched Trinity’s worship for many years, especially as Trinity’s worship celebrates our increasing diversity.

Director of Music – Ray Makeever
An active and highly regarded Lutheran musician, Ray’s ministry at Trinity began in October 2005. Since then he has enlivened our worship with a variety of multicultural musical experiences and re-energized Trinity’s choir.

Parish Nurse – Jeanne Mugge
Jeanne, an RN, visits regularly with Trinity’s shut-ins to provide spiritual care and physical support. She also participates in FOLC’s blood-pressure checks for neighborhood immigrants and refugees and collaborates with Bethany Lutheran Congregation to host an annual health fair in the spring.

Lutheran Volunteer Corps Volunteer – Ryan Kirk
Ryan will be Trinity’s Lutheran Volunteer Corps volunteer from September 2006 through August 2007. His responsibilities include managing the Safe Place Homework Help program, CREATION, and working with Trinity’s youth programs. Email: tutoring@trinity-lc.org

Bookkeeper – Sandy Kieser
Sandy served as Trinity’s secretary/bookkeeper from April 2004 to July 2005. Sandy still handles our books and works the front desk in the office every Monday.
